Ble møtt av en veldig hyggelig dame, fikk en flott, god bil og en smidig avlevering etter to uker. Har hatt et par skikkelige dårlige opplevelser med andre utleiefirmaer så dette ble en positiv og hyggelig opplevelse og ingen tvil om hvor vi leier bil neste gang.

Prenotato tramite il loro sito. Con l'opzione Fastkey non devi nemmeno passare per l'ufficio, prendi la chiave e parti. Alla riconsegna tutto ok e veloce, la navetta per l'aereoporto é arrivata dopo 5-10 minuti. Auto nuova e pulita perfettamente. C'é un distributore appena fuori dal noleggio per rifornirsi prima della riconsegna. Ho viaggiato con due bimbi e mi hanno fornito anche i seggiolini, spaziosi e puliti. Mi affideró a loro ancora se dovessi tornare in Spagna.

Gassdepotet ble returnert i løpet av et døgn etter at vi leverte tilbake bilen med full tank. Gjør 'leksene' før du leier en bil. Glad vi valgte Centauro i byen og booket direkte med dem. Alquile un Hyundai Tucson en Zaragoza, estación de tren y el coche estaba nuevo, 403 km marcaba, aun quedaban plásticos por quitar. Y mejor precio con diferencia que el resto de empresas de alquiler. La única pega por poner una, lo escondida que está la agencia, ya que se encuentra en las dársenas de la estación de buses y que la entrada y salida con el vehículo, es diferente al resto de agencias de alquiler. En general bien, se agradece la llegada de Centauro a Zaragoza, para que el resto se pongan las pilas, que han subido los precios una barbaridad y encima los coches cada vez son más pequeños

I rented a car for our one-week vacation in Madrid. I waited a maximum of 15-20 minutes to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. They didn't have the car I wanted available but they upgraded me. The whole experience was perfect, I received all the necessary information, a fee was asked for a full tank of fuel, which was fully refunded after I returned the car with a full tank of fuel. I had to drop off the car outside of opening hours, they explained how to proceed and everything was fine, the only difference was that the shuttle bus doesn't run outside of opening hours but I took a bolt and everything was fine. Very good experience, I will definitely work with this rental company again.

Mi reserva coincidió con El Gran Apagón y no pude recoger el coche hasta el día siguiente. Estaba impoluto, un servicio impecable por parte de Centauro. Pero lo que más tengo que destacar es la amabilidad y calidad humana de Alejandro y Daniel, que me atendieron y cuidaron a pesar del caos. Alejandro incluso me llevó en su coche hasta el colegio de mis hijos. Si ellos son Centauro, cinco estrellas, y no pongo más porque no me dejan.

Fabulous service and car rental at great value. We were provided with an SUV that was clean and worked perfectly. Fuel is deducted on collection of the vehicle and refunded when returning the car. Highly recommend booking directly on the Centauro website as that gives full car insurance with no excess and a free additional driver. This means we didn't have to bother with checking for damage before and after the rental as it would all be covered. Also free cancellation up to 24h prior. I compared with Booking dot com and it was similar prices but with better service, at least for my rental. We were dropped off at the airport, transfer left immediately and took about 5 mins. What a smooth experience!

Nossa experiência com a Centauro foi impecável, vale com certeza as 5 estrelinhas! Toda vez que uso um novo fornecedor de locação de veículo fico um pouco ansiosa, porque, né. Reservamos online e o site é simples e intuitivo. Não sei se todas as locações da Centauro são assim, mas pegamos a opção que já tem tudo incluído e eu amo essa transparência e simplicidade. O atendimento na loja foi impecável, um senhor muito solícito e simpático nos atendeu. Os carros ficam num estacionamento a uns 5min de caminhada da loja, nada complicado. Na devolução, tem um posto de gasolina praticamente ao lado do estacionamento pra vc completar o tanque. As instruções de devolução e contatos caso precisássemos de atendimento durante a locação foram bem claras. E a devolução do caução do combustível (€121 no cartão de crédito) foi feita poucas horas depois da entrega do carro. Foi uma ótima experiência e eu recomendo.

Men hadde mye glede av denne bilen, vi bestilte en Fiat 500 men fik en mye større bil (ikke noen ekstra kostnad) Men mye klager på ventetid og jeg føller at den kan fikser dette veldig enkelt, hadde nok disken men alle jobber sooooooo saaaakkkttte (slowly)
